- 1/4 cup finely minced Red Onion
- 1 small Granny Smith Apple diced
- 4 strips of Crispy Bacon cooked, cooled, and crumbled
- 1/4 cup / 40g Dried Cranberries coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup / 35g Pecans or Walnuts coarsely chopped
- 4-5 flaky All Butter Croissants
Chicken Salad Dressing
- 1/2 cup / 120g Creamy Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup / 120g Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Lemon juiced (substitute with 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar if preferred)
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- A pinch of Sea Salt & freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley
